Ive only been here a few weeks but I see the same things as AW3 had as far as teamwork goes. To me these games are the most fun when you get everyone on your team working as a unit. Right now I see scattered attacks all over the board. I propose that one night a week...say..weds, or friday, we dedicate to mass bomber runs to the enemy countries industrial heart. One person would be bomber CO, coordinating the attack before launch time. Another would be escort CO. Nothing brings together teamwork better than this. The enemy will see a large blip heading to their homeland and will muster everyone to intercept. Therefore everyone EXCEPT one country will be all working together. As time goes by each country will get better at organizing their attacks and defensive setups.
Sure ther will be the matter of the 3rd country grabbing bases while the other two are fighting, but I`d be willing to sacrifice real estate that changes hands fast anyways to have a few hours of great teamwork a week.
As with events, a mail list could be started to remind people of the event each week, as well as send any pre arranged mission plans. I can start a mail list, and you can email me at
fluxputz@aol.com to be added to it. All emails I send will be sent blind as to prevent spamming. Fall will be upon us before we know it, and I plan to enjoy this game thru winter. Lets work together on this idea to bring more fun to it. I fly as Rooks, but anyone wishing to fly as a Rook on that night to bomb with us would be welcome.
