Supreme Commanders in the MA

The idea: Historical Matchups in the MA.

How we do it:  HTC appoints Supreme Main Arena Commanders (SMAC) in the MA, just like a Check 6 or Scenario.  (start once a week and expand.) The Allied SMAC would initiate missions using the mission planner against the Axis SMAC using whatever resources and fields make sense.  (These would probably be in out of the way areas of the map. Away from furball crowd.) Viola! we have continuous historical matchups in the MA.

This above idea takes nothing more than appointing SMAC's.  I nominate ZIG!

Below are upgrade options that might be considered if we enjoy the historical matchups.

Optional Upgrades
1) Mission file, so the SMAC's wouldn't have to reload a mission every time they wanted to run it.

2) Maps that support an out of the way historical battle.  We don't need a whole new map, just a place to play in the Main Sandbox.

3) 5 countries.  Yes, you heard right. Knight, Bishop, Rook, Axis, Allied.  You would be able to switch from the 3 countries to Axis, Allied without a time penalty.  This feature combined with a map supporting the extra 2 countries would be sweet. The Allied and Axis bases couldn't be captured by the other 3 countries and wouldn't be required for reset.

What did he say?
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

Hehehehe The simple explanation.

Appoint 2 Mission Planners to stage historical matchups using the resources in the MA.

EXAMPLE

Zig takes the Allied side and is based in Rookland.  He stages missions against Hangtime (Axis Command) based in Bishville.

Continuous historical matchups in the MA.

OK,
I will be a Supreme Main Arena Commanders(SMAC)! Thanks for your confidence killjoy1! I will be setting up furballing areas around field of anyones choice for a distraction for the real missions that will be set up ad-hoc for ground vehicles, Cv Action, Feild Captures and Bombing runs. Of course I will be assigning you to up from fields being vulched to disguise our real plans. There will be a couple of slots open for attacking the Giant Squid, and Chasing the moving flock of sheep in the Arena(by the way it DOES exsist!!!!)So how was that for talking SMAC!  :D
