I think it may be a good idea but we could really use that bandwith in the SEA 
Well considering the NEXT patch is several MONTHS AWAY I would assume they will FIX the problems they have before opening a new Arena or replacing an old one.
Considering that almost 200 pilots every friday night and 100-150 every sunday afternoon are suffering from the problems and almost 400 signed up for BoB with the intent of spending 4-6 or more hours each day for BoB should and expect a stable place to participate it should be a wakeup call to HTC in the near term.
If they are expecting the numbers we get for the TOD's it just will not work in the current configureation.
Just my impression.
