I have been on AH for a short time and formed a small squad from coworkers. We try to fly as much as possible together, not really getting as many mission because the kids or the "to do list"...
While watching the type you see Plz join mission or Mission up in..
you catch yourself in the middle of a flight and unable to join.
Several members could have pilots (at thier request) go to missions or attack fields that have clear objectives. Some pilots would like to fly from the carrier, fly Cap, blast away from a Panzer. There would be a director saying where you were needed the most in your equipment.
Pilots in the heat of battle, requesting help, really needing it or not, may divert action from a capture.
Alot of new pilots are not aware of tactics and would enjoy help in winning the war.
The director could type "mission Director" every 5 min or when a mission is coming up from within the country. That way you would know who to contact. There could be a fqcy to contact the director.
