need help with Thrustmaster & Win XP
« on: July 30, 2002, 03:03:13 PM »
Hi all,

just got my new system working (well, almost...) and we have some problems..

It's an Asus P4S533 with Pentium 4 2.26G 512K 533Mhz, 512 MB DDR, Win XP PRO, ATI Radeon 8500 128MB, Audigy Live, IBM 80GB IDE, Yamaha RW and Benq DVD.

The controller setup I'm using is an  F22 and TQS (eraserhead) both are digital. I have nothing but the 3.5'' that came with the digital upgrade. I had a look at stickworks but didn't find my way there.

Which software do I need to install? drivers? and ofcourse programing.. I would like to load a good Aces High template once it's installed.

Thanks,

Viff

p.s. and yes, I know I should buy a new cougar...

There are a lotta links m8,  But in reality the soloution is fairly simple.

But for one just getting started, {As I am},  I found that the most informative FIRST move to make is:

*Copy your post and send it to the man himself:

Bob "Sticky" Church.   [ sticky@stickworks.com ]

Bob is one of those rare individuals that believes in supporting what he sells,  and has seemingly endless patience when it comes to making sure all your questions are answered, (& understood),  and all your problems worked out.

Also, Look up "Fox two", and "Digital Foxy"  [dont have links handy]

Aside from the profile loader included in the SWF22 install disk,
Foxy is what you'll prolly wanna use to create them.

But "B'wanna Bob" will getcha dialed in.

S!

[Shoot me an e-mail,  Maybe we can put together a AH SWF22 user group ;)]

Vif,

You can find the drivers you need for XP here:

The Stikworks

I set one up so I know it will work if you use the right drivers for XP.  I think the SW2K101.ZIP is the one you need.
