I look for the plane that seems the most helpless!  Or in a bad position!

I also look for the most helpless smoking plane.  I attack it(course it gotta be below me)and just before his engine quits and noses down,and I see the pilot wiping the canopy to clear the oil I press the attack!!

51 is a dangerous opponent, very fast, better roll rate and negative g maneuvers and high speed handling than my 109

I hate engaging other 109's

My first pick is whoever is on me  . Second pick; who is on a friendly? After that just targets of opportunity; go for one, if he  does somethign that I dislike and someone else is near, go for him (or her).

The B-26 is my favourite plane, after bombing in it I like to have fun dogfighting!      I've had 43 kills, 10 killed in a B26.

Citabria, the best way to defend a vertical attack in a B17 is to auto-speed 280mph which puts the B17 in a almost vertical dive and then puts the top turret and tail gun pointing right at the vertical attacker!  I'd love to see their faces when I sometimes do that!

When flying the F4u-1c, I enjoy hunting other F4u-1c's.  Most of the pilots are HO dweebs that don't know what to do when you successfully avoid an HO situation.

..then of course you occasionally bump into Torque.

If its based on pure hatred for an aircraft though.. I'd have to say that killing an N1k gives me a perverse pleasure.  I don't just kill these planes... I blow them completely apart.  Dunno why  there is such a rage here... my psychologist and I are working on it.
