I have had the rubber bullets bad for a day or two.  Ping times all under 100. No packet loss. No programs running in the background.  I switched from cable to a dial up.  Same thing.  I am burying planes in hit sprites, and there is no apparent damage at all.

 Anyone else have this problem?

I've noticed it quite a bit for awhile now, going back to when HTC switched the way connections to the main arena server were handled (circa mid-May).  It got so bad one night that I remember trying to killshooter myself on Nath... lighting him up with hit sprites... and then thinking that killshooter had been disabled because I didn't receive any pings on myself.

Otherwise my connects to the MA seem just fine.  Warps are no better or worse than before the route change, and I rarely if ever disconnect.  Low ping times and no packet loss abound.

FWIW, I have noticed this intermitent problem both with V-Sync enabled and disabled, so that's probably not causing it.  I use a cable modem (North Carolina Road Runner).
