MOst of the time i use the viewer, it crashes, no errors just no response. other times, it wonteven launch. Is there a way to correct this??

I had the same prob as well. I was told to open it from searching for it on the Start menu.  search for ahfilm.exe and open it from there, it worked for me. and if that doesnt work try re installing or re downloading then installing AH again, i did it just to make sure.
