If your country was sending representatives to the Earth Summit would you plan on sending government representatives who understood and cared about the issues or would you send poachers posing as gamekeepers ?

Sending poeple who care or understand, costs too much... besides, most of the consequences from a green-policy would show up AFTER they'd long gone out of office, so... :rolleyes:

This guy seems to be having a ball though ;)
