What person (or squad) will be the first to capture a field with an M3?

This is more subtle than it may appear. Right now vehicle depots are pretty easy to take down with tanks; imagine having the whole assault occur on the ground. Roll those tanks and M3's, mix a few M16's and you have a mixture for a ground-based scenario... hmm...   And I'm going to bet it is easier for an M3 to hide than it is for a C47.

FUNKED hit  the nail  on the head, as many threads have pointed out, the DOTS for vehicles  need to be replaces with dust clouds at D3.3 and let the camo do the walking.

As per what I recall reading HT say in a "Answering Mode" session one afternoon...

he's leaning to the vehicle dots/icons will show at 1.5k

My memory may be wrong,, but it's a definate plus

Well I took 2 vehicle fields singled handed today with tank & C47. Looking forward to haveing a alternate method. (ok Credit where it's due, 2nd field I had 2 47's dumping right after me, could have been any one of us that got it)

I've had a lot of fun with the ground vehicles. Tonight was no different. Knights hit f3 with a CONVOY of tanks, m16's & close air support. Bish retaliated with loads of bombers & ground vehicles. Was a total blast any way you cut it!
