Flatscreen 21 inch connected to wall mounted projector (12 feet by 8 feet high Picture at 2048 x 2048 pixels.
Saitek X-45
Elite Rudder pedals
Unix operation with xp shell in background.
2 laser mice, 1 keyboard (microsoft ergonomic)
Double surround sound system, Chair mounted subwoofer (15")(400w)

unlimited target frame rate, up to 110 for mode of resolution, but 85 for typical screen res.

Framerates, (Vsync on -  1280 *1024 32bit)
60 In cockpit, clear sky (Monitor wont go higher).
45 - 50 in tower. (Clear sky)
21 - 31 in clouds (My system REALLY hates clouds) :(
30 - 40 in combat situations.

just fyi but I think HTC already  knows.
THere was a poll about it.. (you know, counted poll)

If he needs an update it'd be easier to post a poll that automatically calculates the results, instead of having to read through this (what may become very long) post.

3com 10/100 network card
D-Link DI704p router
Cable network access
WIN 98se

custom settings in win98:
in system.ini maxfilecache=262114 (fixes bug in win98. it cant access more than 256 for system. all other mem goes to programs)

only thing runnin on taskbar is joystick control and vol control


my usual ping on MA on login screen is 50-70ms

framerate varies from 45-105
I don't know what to put here yet.

I'm running a 2gig Nwood w/ 512 of RDRAM also and I also get random stutters, well, more like heavy CPU drain the way my FPS goes from 75+ down to 3 then it pops back to 75+. For those 4-5 seconds I'm a sitting duck. E-mail me if you or anybody has any suggestions.

I think alot of puters above have too much memory. Most PCs dont need more than 256MB unless you are using it for special reasons (like database or something other) as well. 256 is plenty then again  memory is cheap these days.
