If you are trying to post a screenshot, you will need to reduce it in size first using a paint-type program. Resize to around 800 x 600 or 640 x 480, then "save as" something like a .jpg format or anything listed below the Attach File Browse window.
Use the Browse button to locate your resaved screenshot, and click Submit Reply.
