How about allowing user made cockpits.

I know what about the guy with a wonder women cockpit. Theres ways to deal with that.

I like being able to easily read my gauges but I also find historic cockpits more immersive. I spend most of my ah time in a 190 and as much as I like the plane(s) I long for a more "real" cockpit layout.

I hate having to map a "fuel guage" view to a key.(for 190s)

They only need be seen on the user FE. I am sure theres a number of guys willing to take on making cockpits.

I know you guys have a lot on your plate but I feel that this would totally change the game for me. More so then then plane "skins".

I am sure this has been brought up before but what do you all think?

It can be argued to an extent that we have AH today because of some very "interesting" custom artwork HT once used..........

I doubt HTC would make the same mistake in *their* game.

I like it, and since it's only shown on the user FE, it shouldn't be a problem. There could be like a cockpit builder, like we have the TE. Alll the guagues could be listed, and you just place em on a template.
