No, because they (the Northern Alliance, short for 'Northern Alliance of Warlords Opposed to the Taliban') don't exist anymore.
But be advised - at least once, probably more than once - a powerful warlord is going to challenge the newest government of Afghanistan. As soon as the trained armed forces of the Afghan government become 2x more numerous than the armed forces of one warlord or another, said warlord(s) are going to become 'threatened'. Their previous way of life (smuggling security, smuggling, protection for hire, etc.) is going to be in question and some (not all) warlords are going to put their monetary security ahead of the 'dream of a democratic Afghanistan'.
I can't blame their reaction - you do something for 20+ years who could really expect you to give it up based on the assurances of the 5th ruling government you have seen in those 20 years (and the other 4 have all failed). Which is why it's going to be a tough job to make the place stable.
Heaven knows the knee jerk heartless 'anything for ratings' U.S. media sure isn't going to help...
