that's the first channel I turn on when I turn on the TV.  in fact, I didn't have cable tv for several years, until I saw that Wings channel was available. :)

Too many repeats?
Man you must watch that 24/7
Its one of the only channels I watch when I feel like watching the idiot box, and usually its something new for me.

Except that "BEST ATTACK PLANE" crap.

I stopped Watching DWings  each time I tune in there's something I already saw at least last week. There was a vey nice show on History Channel International called Nation to Nation during summer they showed  at 12 Noon a program which recounted WW2 in a documentary fashion, I think it was from the late 60s. It had, I would think, the only televised interview with Adolph Galland about the BoB,  other Aces from the LW were interviewed about Big Week when that episode was on. I liked the latter very much it was not a biased, egocentric account like what it is seen in The History Channel, it recounted the war how it was and sought out views from all sides and all theaters of the war.

I have the DW's channel, I dislike it.

It does repeat every day. You can catch the same show a few hours later. Its like its on a 4 hour tape.

Best show on DW?

Birds of a Feather-Documentary on Air Squadrons from all over the world.

Its the only show On DW i havnt seen a milllion times.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

yes and no

You see, I don't spend a lot of time watching WWF or BASS FISHING.
No sports worth watching right now. (until hockey season begins).

When I fly AH I :
usually have the TV set to DW in the background,
music playing,
tying flies or something while en-route,
or picking my guitar, etc

I multi-task.
Otherwise I'd be bored.

Discovery Wings channel is sorta like "Star Wars"  You've seen it a zillion times, and you just cant help but watch it over and over again.

The Wing tips, I could do without

"Have a safe, and happy, flight"  Umm, happy?

My favorites are Discovery Wings, TLC, Science Channel and of course, the Hitler, err, History Channel.

Or, TNN when the Star Trek The Next Generation Marathons are in full swing.
