flames lost their color?

not a big problem....
has anyone else had the flames from the burning hangars and fuel depot's change color?!?

ever since the new patch (1.10.4) the flames for me are all white... no red or orange in them at all.
they still flicker and look like the same shape as they used to.

runnin:
athlon 1900XP
geforce MX400 64mb video (latest drivers im aware of)
sry at work not home so cant get the driver details
768mb 2100ddrram
win98se
DX8.1b

this is just an odd looking thing.. doesn't detract from gameplay i'm just curious if anyone else has seen this.

BTW this is NOT happening with planes that are burning in the air (ie. main fuel hit) only with ground structures

yep, sometimes a flame is white, but only 1, all others are normal.
