I've been researching about more gunsights.
One of Japanese players (callsign busa01) sent me the pictures of real IJN Type98/Type4, and IJA Type 100 reticles.

I sent these photos to AERO, and he finished making them today.

Here is screen shots of the IJA Type 100 gunsight.

I'm gonna update the latest gunsights pack to website later.

Thanks.

BTW, AERO told me he's making two different types of Revi12/16 gunsights.

One is bolder Revi.
Another one is expanded version (its not realistic, but it has larger circle).

Mitsu,

I don't know if AERO participates on this BB. If not, tell him that he is the "Mitsu of gunsights". His work is incredible (as is yours with sounds). The two of you have added some real "realism" to this game.

I have taken apart some of his sights (cut/paste) to make my own and am very gratefull for his contributions.

You remarked in one other post that these new "alpha" sights don't glow during night flying. For some odd reason, AERO's sights appear to glow (at least for me) and my night time gunnery is much more accurate since using his sights.

Again .. thanks to the both of you for your hard work and contributions.

Mitsu,
the San Giorgio (not Sun Giorgio) gunsight mounted on the 202/205 showed only a simple illuminated cross, without the circle. I saw a pic of the functioning sight but I cannot find it.

He had a real photo of it, but he said he lost one by HDD crash.

Mitsu, here it is. Courtesy of the owner of a real S.Giorgio sight, my friend and historian Ferdinando D'Amico:

gatt, that reticle is really green and simple cross, right?
OK, I still wonder but I'd tell it to AERO.

Thanks for good info.

The reticle looks perfect Mitsu! :)
Any chance to modify the shape of the glass? I mean more like a trapeze (sp? ... ;))

BTW I guess the San Giorgio had 2 or 3 different reticles.
therefore, I'll leave an old San Giorgio which AERO made.
