ROT, alittle advice so things go smoothly for you.

First, check this thread that was posted as to what squadrons fly what side prior to the beginning of this Sunday TOD.:

Then, go to the events website, and all the squadron CO's emails are on the lower left on side of this roster.

Then, simply send out the orders, you won't have to depend on someone reading your post, thus not receiving orders.
