Isdn 128k

My ISP changed their number. Now ISDN wont run two devices properly for 128k connect. Numbers are same in both devices. Sometimes if I mess with second device (Ras ppp) i get a blue screen and "AVM Port"  message. Was working fine with old number. Suspect ISP number doesn't support 128kb surfing which I've heard of before (ie BT Surftime in UK). Sometimes if I click "resume" on connection monitor it forces 128 connection, but everything then slows to a crawl!

I can't throw up anything on web about this at all, anybody out there know anything about ISDN?

Will speak to ISP on Monday.

I wish HTC would become an ISP and provide us with trouble free connections.

http://www.games-world.net

I have it as well as my regular ISP (Farming Online). Switch to the new one for gaming. It's much quicker. Only problem I have is that my intenet bills are horrendous!

Problem is,  Surftime and these other "free anytime" packages don't support 128k which needs two phonelines at once.  Broadband is never going to happen out here in the countryside.  I am aware of course that AH doesn't need a hugely fast connection like the FPS games do, more a reliable one. However I still find 128k is better than 64.

Yes I think you are a member of a certain suicide squadron of my aquaintance, led by a quiet family man such as myself going by the name of GA:D
