With a GF4, you can play the game with all the settings turned to max on your card.  I've got a GF3 128meg card and all my settings for my card are turned up to max.

I run it with mipmapping on with the LOD set to -3.0, anisotropy set to Force 8, Vsync on set to 5fps ahead and FSAA set to 4Xs with multitexturing turned on.  I average about 78-85fps in the game and it drops down to about 70-65fps in large furballs.

You should also think about using a tweaker program like RivaTuner or GTU (GeForce Tweak Utility) for your card.  I use RivaTuner because it's the more powerful program out of the two but GTU is the easiest to use.

Ack-Ack

Thanks akak,

Btw, do you have SD or DR ram ?  Also, are you using DX8.1b ?

I am getting 75fps in the tower but when I get into a big furball
they drop to around 10-20fps ....

Have mipmapping on and using 1024x768 screen.

Did a 3D benchmark and came up with a 3400 score :( ..

Ill DL one of the tweaks and see if that helps aswell.

Old card was Gfroce3ti200  I think even it performed better then
this,  may try to hook it back up.

Again, thanks
