Sorry eskimo. I did make a bad assumption there.
I am looking into this Intellipro software. I have a bad feeling it is replacing several system files. If it is, de-installing it will only remove the trap of the key and not the actual files/libraries it uses.
If you have it installed, then right clicking on the ICON in the system tray (located in the Windows status bar near the clock/speaker icon), will give you a list of options. If one says "Disable", then select it. If not, then close it down.
