Duc Phuc in downtown San Jose. Its a beef noodle restaurant. After you order your meal, order a water or a tea and he will say, "go get it yourself". But if your a westerner, he might be nice and go get it for you first time your in his restaurant. hehe.

Its on Santa Clara St near the De Anza Hotel acress the streat from the big Mexican two floor restaurant.

Campbell's Bean and Bacon is a grreat soup also, and very filling.  Add crackers and some pepper, ummmm! :)

Great soup...except for the side-effects. ;)
