Application privileges

Any one used ELAP?

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/downloads/epal.asp

The situation is this:

We're migrating to Win XP at work; and we have a legacy app that will only run under administrative privileges. The current answer is that all 16,000 users are set up to be administrators on the local machine in order to run this one annoying app.

I'd like to avoid that; as the resulting diddly up keep my department extremely busy.

ELAP seems to be exactly the answer I'm looking for; except I can't get the dam thing to work. It doesn't help I'm not too sure of some of the concepts (never done much server work before).

I've spent the last two days trying to hunt down some practical examples of it in use; and all I can find is a couple of unanswered posts on TechNet asking the same questions.

Any one have a clue?
