i edit in an uncompressed film format first then i compress it with bink.
heres one of my films.........

http://combatarena.users.btopenworld.com/images/JABO.bikone is 9.5mb the other 8.5mb, both have music and are extremely long for the file size. You can make shorter films with higher definition but i think the level i used is perfectly adiquate.I have a much clearer version at 20mb but in order to reduce the size i compressed it several times more.
with binkyou can compress then compress again and again. Each time it gets a little grainier but it also gets smaller in size.
it also allows you to add music and compresses that too!.
great for a free programme!
simple to use and simple to get to grips with.I used the online manual only a few times, the rest was intuitive enough to just mess around with and learn.
