Feature request: dual monitor support

Dual monitor support is now standard on video cards and 17" and 19" monitors are now cheap (<£100).

Eventually I'd like to see Parhelia-style surround gaming, but sooner rather than later I'd like the ability to put the radar map and chat log on a seperate monitor.
