All of the fields in the low-alt, mid-alt and high-alt fighting areas are MUCH closer together than any field in the MA terrains.

I've flown them before, contact within 1 minute of leaving the ground.

Is that too much time between fields for the attention deficit insta-action quakeball people?

Killshooter is most definitely not on in the DA.

Making fun of them SW isn't the answer.  Not everybody has the same tastes in online gaming, and nobody's preference is more valid than anybody else's.

Since KS is apparently not on in the DA, perhaps it just needs to be publicized better (arena design is irrevelant when you can fight people uppingfrom the same field).   It'd also help if the default field when you log into the DA wasn't a high one.

because they want the extra and the like that they get in the ta.

Dont they get triple ammo?

The training arena has been a mess for some time. My squad actually "trains" (more like practices) in the DA.

There was a guy actually forminmg a training arena squad.

I never flt in there anyway so increased lethality or what ever, it makes no difference to me. But I always found it odd to log on to see 50 - 60 guys in the ta.

I don't see how you can advertise it any better than having them listed:

Main Arena

Dueling Arena

Training Arena

When you see Training, what do you think?

I think "a place for people to go and get assistance".

It's anything but because of these quakeballers.

Not everyone has the same tastes, but jebus... changing a place that's supposed to be a safehouse for newbies to learn and get help into a 24/7 furball isn't exactly having a taste for gaming... it's destroying an arena specifically setup for something entirely different than what it's being used for because they either a) can't read, or b) are attention deficit.

Take your pick a or b, I stay out of the training arena because I don't need training, unless I am going to go help someone there.

Then people turn and try to justify the use of the TRAINING arena as a furballing arena by stating that the other arenas (while obviously one was never even bothered with, the DA) don't support their needs.....

Bah, attention deficit is indeed an appropriate title for these people.

Wotan made a good point, the TA also had the increased ammo and things like the LCOS sights on.   None of this is available in the DA.

sounds like a great arena
