Why No outer wing hard points on our JU 88?
« on: July 06, 2001, 12:40:00 PM »
The JU 88 A-4 had 2 adational hard points located under the "outer" wing pannels for 250KG each.

Also more bomb options for the JU 88 would be nice such as the larger German bombs, the SC 1000 bombs for example, the JU 88 could also cary drop tanks and bombs on oppset hard points. This would add some nice flexabality.

Also the option of the single 20mm MG FF in the nose would be very cool.

They don't seem to have been standard equipment.

Here's a pic from Ju-88's operating manual.

It shows those outer wing 250kg options and some other neat things I'd like to see in AH  ;).

Here's a nice drawing of the MG-FF installation:

Thank you for the Brewster HTC!

It would also pretty cool to see a movable MG in the cockpit...It would offer some pretection against a HO attack.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
