CH Anolog controllers are not programable using speedkeys in windows XP Home or Pro.   The controlers technicaly work ( they move the proper axis) but like I said, you can not program them.  What I did before I moved to all USB was to dual boot 98se and Win XP pro.  I made a small partion ( 5 gig) that I installed win 98 se on. I then used the rest of the space on the HD for win XP.  When I needed to change my stick programing I would restart my computer and boot into  98se.  I would then run speedkeys and program my stick for the game I want to play, then I would reboot into WIN XP.  The CH Sticks would then have the programing I needed for the game I wanted to play in Win XP.

Good luck
