Whenever my mother-in-law stays with me it is like a holiday!! She won't LET me do anything....if I put down a glass and don't specifically tell her I am not done it is washed and in the cupboard before I know it. She looks after the kids, does the laundry etc etc...

My wife is Vietnamese....I strongly suggest one for you unmarried guys!

I know the feeling Vulcan. My mother-in-law moved in with us last January 9th and stayed until I moved her stuff to her house in Florida in April. Then she rode back with us and now lives about 5 minutes down the road.

Trust me you can get them to leave if you do some stuff like actually help them. At least that is what worked for me.

Ive got an asian mother in law and she's really cool. I was kinda worried before we got married, but once we did, she turned out to be a kind and generous gal. Of course, she doesn't live with me
