Some of those things selling for $6000..Are they ultralights?

not sure SirLoin,it looks like the're trying to recreate the nieuport,just with modern technology :)

No, those are not ultralight legal. Ultralights can only go 64mph or less, carry 5 gallons of fuel, weigh a maximum of 254lbs, and can carry only one person. They do look cool, though.
