I am having a problem with AH on one of my Systems.
Some of the sounds do not work. In particular, No Gun sounds, Flaps sounds, gear sounds, etc.... It used to work, but one day it just stopped.
I do have Engine Sounds and Stall Horn. Incoming Voice is working.
Just some sounds dont work.
What Iv done/tried
Iv tried a reinstall of Aces high.
Iv Checked the Volume settings of all the sounds.
Iv Checked my soundcard volume sliders.
Sound works fine with every other program on the computer, my only problems are with AH.
I tried the base sound pack, and tried Mitzus sound pack.
Iv played all the Waves with windows media player all the files are good.
It very strange. It flys good, but if someone is shooting you, (no hits sounds) you dont hear it. If your shooting someone, You cant hear the Guns. drop the gear, no gear sound. Pull back on the stick hard, The Stall horn sound works fine. The engine sounds always work.
Engine on - No Gun sounds (can hear engine)
Engine off - no gun sounds (silence)
Well, I am out of Ideas. Does anyone have some suggestions??
