There is absolutley no question the MA is a game and not a sim. I never said it was.

But we don't have an alternative at this time, do we?

Combat theatre? MA Light.
Mission Arena? remains to be seen.

Okay, so calling yourself a simmer at this point would be nullified by flying in the MA.

Ok drunky you gotta yer self stuck there, (Little history coming up about me)

First of all you just insulted the hell outta me.

Second of all, you have no right talking about A.D.D ppl and 13 year olds.

See im 14 years old in 9th grade,

And the thing is im a Simmer I like realistic games, but i do fall into some gamer catagory now and then when i get upset.

Now I expect an apolgy to be posted and an explanation on why you said that.

Im deeply insulted by your comment whether your joking or not.

I know some A.D.D Ppl that are simmers including myself.

Alright, what would you prescribe, SW?

I am a simmer. What can I do? Fly TOD's? Never miss them. Fly Snapshots? Every last one. Fly CAP? Time conflict. Can't do it.

Just because a person flies the MA does not detract from their personality. It's a simple matter of not having a choice at this point.

In my perfect little world, I would have all the things I defined for a simmer. Tell me where I can get all that in an MMORPG and I'm there.

First, I don't live my life trying to avoid insulting or offending people.  As I have said before I am not PC or a touchie-feelie kind of guy.

Second...FREE SPEECH baby

Third...I'm a 33 year old, alchoholic who's a little A.D.D. myself.  I was hyper also as a child and on Ritalin.  So don't mind me when I piss in the same pot as you.

As far as expecting an apology...well, I expect you will be disappointed.

Whatever I feel like doing on any given time I log in.  I don't think it's important in the least to label myself one way or the other.

A little dose of a new FDA approved drug known as "Relax"...

All I'm saying is... you ain't a simmer. None of us ever could be. Not in this environment, not on any PC based piece of software.

So, starting a thread to try and label a particular group of people something is kind of.. well.. dumb... we're all playing the same game in the same arena with the same tools and at the same rate ($$).

If you can see a difference between a "simmer" who goes to his target and get his bellybutton shot out of the sky, thusly never making it back to base but destroying his target, and a "gamer" who goes to their target, dives in, bombs it, and dies due to uber AI ack... then I guess you're just on a horse a lil' higher than mine.
