Vorticon, are you a paying member?  If you are, say so and you'll nip half the negative responses here in the bud.

Also, how do you think we can take H2H seriously if the host operators do dumb things like boot people who can shoot them down?  For better or for worse, in the MA we are all equals, differing only in skills & popularity.

(PS, if you're NOT a paying member, you might want to rethink the likelihood of getting a sympathetic ear to the plight of the H2H'ers)

I pay to play in the MA, I don't play to get booted because some anal twit got his bellybutton whooped in a dogfight while he was in a better abled plane and I was in a lesser abled plane.

You want people to play H2H? Make it attractive. It ain't, unless you are a freeloading mooch.

wow wow wow guess what anyone who kicks someone for shooting them down is a bad host and soon find that the good players avoid them. the good hosts (bwidow roscoroo nod2000 (on occasion) saburoS shuffler and zapkin and spazzz) only kick people for

1) whining there arses off about the more realistic settings
2) swearing
3) breaking some of our rules (no vulching on ffa no cheap shots etc)

and you get to know people a lot better due to the small arenas so you can pick out the dweebs and kiddies pretty darn quick

I only wish my high school debates were this easy.  I don't even have to strengthen my argument, I just point to something someone says and the argument is made for me.

What glory technology hath wrought!

If I wanted to play H2H, I'd use Il2 for that.

I don't wanna play H2H, hence I pay a subscription rate for access to the arenas.

WOW animal that was COMPLETLY uncalled for. i have as much a right to post as anyone.

as for my den of tards wellllll...i just got back from a rather nice sortie in wich i a "tard" who flys with a mouse got several kills

you guys can fly how you like thats not a problem what i dont like is us being completly ignored by the MA players...maybe i should just shutup and knock off the thread all im getting is hate because i think that we of the hth are being a little ignored.

guess what 90% of hth players like it so much they go MA eventually after the hth wears thin. the entire idea behind free plays is that the players will get to like the game but want more so decide to pay...its kind of like shareware or demos only its a full game with a large society.

vortardicon,

Those of us who play in the MA do not ignore HTH people.  If you don't believe this, please talk to ArtLaws if they ever let him off the thorazine drip.  He will tell you that we do pay attention to you guys sometimes.

Now, if you really are playing HTH to figure out if you like the game enough do one of the following:
1) get a job at McDonalds
2) get a paper route
3) collect some aluminum cans from the local fraternity
4) ask your parents for a loan
so that you can actually afford to pay the $15 and join the rest of us, good.  I hope you do join us.  Then you will understand what we are talking about.

If, however, you are only playing HTH because you are too cheap to pay 50 cents a day, please do me a favor.  Don't squeak about us not paying attention to the thinly veiled and asinine attempts at showing that we do indeed have a superiority complex concerning you guys.  We know we do.

And, with that, I repeat what my friend and compatriot Animal said:

HTH can be fun at occasions... most hosts are the kind that would boot you if you shoot them down though... that's why I stick to the MA and my squad (and events, ofcourse!)

I go into H2H every so often (usually when it's nightime in AH/ no fights in pizza map).

It's very similar to shooting down AI in MS CFS,  the majority fly in nice gentle curves for you to shoot them down.:D   Couple of days ago i got 17 kills in the spit IX and then landed with normal ammo load (ran outta 20mm so carried on with .50cal)

Thankyou H2H moochers,  i enjoy killing 'tards cause it makes me feel superior.:D

P.S.  why do i get the feeling i'll be booted on sight from now on.:)
