Give HTC a Break; Use Specific Subjects
« on: October 22, 2002, 06:58:47 PM »
We all want to get HiTech's personal attention on everything, but wouldn't it be better to quit putting HTC in so many subject lines and instead make it easier for everyone to better zoom in on topics by mentioning subject specifics?

For example, instead of "Hey HTC, What About This?", why not "Need More Ship Damage Info."

The merit of specific titles is evident, but many posts continue to be too general and/or too HTC redundant.  We can be confident HiTech sifts the posts and prioritizes them in order of what needs to be done and what can be done in the time available and with the resources available.

More specific topics also facilitate searches for previous discussions and thus reduce redundant posts.
