Well, as long as we're speculating wildly here, let me throw in my .02. Iraq needs to be put down once and for all. Scorched earth. North Korea is currently in a similar position to Japan just prior to Pearl Harbour. They are highly dependent on imported resources, a good chunk of the popultion is starving, and they just may think they have nothing left to lose and everything to gain. You'd better believe THIS, though: whichever country uses nukes against an enemy first is doing nothing more than guaranteeing that they'll be wiped off the map by the rest of the nuclear nations. As long as everyone is aware of that, I do not believe that there will be a nuclear attack by anyone as the opening move. For the next couple of years, we're going to see a ton of manouvering and sabre-rattling. Then, sanctions. Then, military action. Then, the cycle will begin again with a new dance patner. History DOES repeat itself.
