Pool on US attack against Iraq

Event - starting date of a decisive US attack against Iraqi regime such as: ground invasion into Iraq directed towards immediate toppling of the regime, bombardment (air, missile, naval) operation that is a clear preliminary to such an invasion, commando operation directed towards toppling Iraqi regime, native rebellion orchestrated by US agents and tactically supported by US military, nuclear strike.
 
 Choose any date during this administration's term of office starting today - October 22, 2002 ending December 31, 2004 or, untill a democrat in line of presidential succession assumes presidency.
 One date per customer. The closest date within 30 days will be declared a winner.
As a prize, every loser will have to start their signature with a common single plain text line - content, font, color and size (no more than double the regular) determined by a winner - for 3 months.

 Pool to be resolved once it becomes clear that invasion has occured or term expires.

sounds like an invasion - i'd rather see them do north korea before they develop a missle w/ transpacific range (saddam has neither the bomb nor the missle) and for MiG Alley part 2 - North Korea has ~ 700 MiGs (although really only about 450 if you dont count the subsonic 15s & 17s) as well as the Chinese Q-5 Fantan (about 40) and the Sukhoi Su-7 (about 20 - also they have the subsonic Su-25 attack plane). of the MiGs about 50 of them are the MiG-29 which maybe could give the F-15 a a run for it's money and has a ~ 200 MPH advantage over the F-16
