Trouble Starting up AH

On a laptop, start up AH, green rectangle and top of a clipboard(spring binder) only. Please help need fix:)

Specs:
Windows 95
Intel Pentium II(66mhz)
64MB RAM
DirectX 8.0(probably the problem but 8.1 wont load on Windows 98)  


P.S.  I saw the fix for this some time ago but since it didnt concern me didnt pay too much attention :mad:

i set the video to 1024x 768, and im usually in 1028x1024, so every time i play i right click and go to properties and change it.

gotta change the 32bit to 16 too.
