New mission-based arena?

I just found out about the new mission-based arena that is in the works.  Is there anywhere that I can find information on this new development?

I am not shure if their is a dedacated page for it, but I can tell you what I know. It is a new areana that will be based on a given perioud in time and is intended to rotate set up's eveuntaily. The first set up will be Eorope in 44 i beleave, it is do out with the next update.
