F1 cars can do about 2g.  I think 0-60 is about 1.5 sec.  :)

Yeah, your right, average 3 +/-.   I was meaning about peak, which I thought I remembered from a broadcast, and should have taken for what it was worth.

They also said 1-100 in the first second.  Take that FWIW too, that comes out to 4.5.
