The late war planes eat them for lunch unless your really good or really careful. Now most of us are not really good and being really careful is kinda boring imo.

Be great if the late war uber planes were perked or seperated but of course this will never happen so adding more early war uber fodder is a waste of time imo.

Might be a waste of time for you furballing monkeys who dont give a rats bellybutton about anything but launch, kill, die, repeat....over and over and over and over.  But for those of us who are interested in scenarios and running said scenarios that represent a different era of the war rather than just in the late war era that we can support with the current planeset....they are very important!!

Does it really matter that the rides mentioned above would be fodder in the MA?  No, it doesnt.  These planes are desperately needed for the scenario corps and I dont give a damn that they would be fodder in the MA.  Its not all[/i] about the MA.

Pretty please!  :)

Lapaul p38 doesn't have a glass tail anymore.

As for the 3d textures, while they may be annoying they arn't near as annoying as not running scenario's because we lack the planes.

I'd say a pressing need for scenario use is some allied armour, and axis means of supply/transport. As the GV's aren't so closely modelled as the AC we can go further with substitution, but we do need two differing armour silhouettes.

I think you'll see more hurris up on the Mindano terrain, where there's more of a use for ground attack, and as the strat is further defined.

Texturing the cockpits may not be applicable, but I'd like to see a bit more deferentiation, and the correct gauges. I really don't understand the logic that asks for every last ordinance load out ever recorded, but misses the fact that all the gauges are in the wrong units.

Adding the planes needed for a N. Africa scenario would be awesome.

Bring on the CAC Boomerang.  Could do a Kokoda trail scenario.  Japanese vs ANZACS/British in New Guinea.

Could also do a "Bombing of Darwin" scenario with Japanese bombers vs Aussie Spits, Boomerangs and P-40s over the Autralian "top end".

You guys can't say that those wouldn't be original scenarios.

Wow don't have a hernia sling.  Fact is thou, most people spend the majority of their time in the MA, so you have to take that into account.  I'm no artist but I assume the 3D modeling takes quite a lot of time as well as the FM etc.

BTW this "mindless furballer" prefers a nice 1 v 1 with historically matched ac to a huge ball of exploding N1K's and Spits.

BlueMako, Boomerang never scored a single A2A victory during the whole war, but did do some A2G work in New Guinea etc.  In the A2A role it was a complete failure.  Think Collins class for parity.    :D
