My AH account has been suspended. I assume this is because my credit card details have changed.

I got no email about it. I cant access my account on the web page to enter new credit card detail; it says the password is wrong despite allowing me access with the same password to view my account debits. There is nobody answering the phone.

Why dont they send an email when a credit card fails? What can I do to get the account reinstated?

Not a thing until Monday, then you can call them and give'm the new number. You'll be back on within an hour or so.

When my CC expired I got a e-mail, I logged in and corrected the CC data and everything was fine :)

You smell that? Do you smell that?
Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.

Are you sure you are entering the password correctly, Trip?  If it is allowing you to view your account debits, it should allow you to change your CC details too.... the password is case sensitive.

If you sent them an email about it then you will get a response monday morning.  I had a similar problem where my CC expired and I didnt get a warning email either. I got a response monday morning with what the problem was and how to fix it.  They will fix you up, just nobody in the office on sunday, they take a much deserved day off.

Same problem, my CC rejected twice for some reason.  No email, but Ronnie got me up and running quickly over the phone.  Call 'em Monday, play solitaire until then.  :)

I must be entering it correctly because it allows me access to some bits but not others. Besides which I'm copying & pasting from their email confirming my password.

I'm very surprised that there is nobody in the office on a Sunday. Obviously everyone needs a day off, but not to have somebody in the office on what is their busiest day is pretty strange.

Trip,

HTC is not a large company, to provide telephone support for users at the weekend would be a daft idea since hardly any (except you it seems) would expect anyone to be there anyway.

However, somebody buying HT an answerphone for Christmas may possibly be a good idea.......

No idea then.  First thing you want to do though, once you are sorted out (hopefully soon!), is change the password to something more memorable!  I did that with both my accounts recently which made things much smoother at the Con, as I didn't have to remember some horrible six-figure numbers each time I wanted to change from one to the other.....  :)
