it gets annoying having to do this to let people know a good mission is up.

need a better channel of communication for it than country channel.

seems to be the only current way to let everyone know there is a mission going up with good numbers is to broadcast repeatedly the mission and the minutes till start

Unfortunately, most players will be in the air at any given time, and willingness to abort one's current plan in favour of a mission is rather limited...

from a guy who lands ASAP once a mission is posted.

We need a different kind of mission editor.

All those dieing/landing within a short time frame need to fly together.

This brings up another interesting issue.  I dunno if this has been thought of yet - but what if spawn times were regulated?

In other words - if you get shot down, you must wait with all the others who have been shot down to reup again.  Set it for something like 3-4 minutes and actually shooting down aitplanes would mean somthing - plus - as it relates to this thread, missions would fill quickly and fully if this was implemented methinks - the target audience is already in the tower and cant up for another X minutes anyway.

I think this would completely change the game - you would have alot of multi-aircraft engagements just happening instead of the congo line fight from base to base.

What do you think?

Means I'd hit Alt-F4 then restart

Hold me in the tower for what?  Pffft.....no thanks

What do you want next?  Kethup to explode on your keyboard if your pilot is wounded?  :D
