here is first previev of east front bf109g6 from 1/JG51

marked as a "One"

its funny, bmp with top wing skin include both wings, but only one is mapped on airplane.
I pick up  "very standard camuflage", and add green-white- green strips on tail.
Its based on Walther Wolfrum airplane from 5/JG52 summer 1944.
Im not sure about bottom wing tip surfaces, was painted green too or not.
Tilt /or anyone who knnow/ if u have any suggestion about wingtips and number/special ilot markings/ mail me

secound problem is jg52 flower on nose of airplane, anyone try to remove him? where is he places? he is based on alpha channel, but where only HTC know;)

any comments suggestion will be pleased

greetings
ramzey

btw i repaint all lines and little correct bottom wings surface
aircraft skin need to add som markings and weathering

I am not familiar with the individual markings........Green does not seem a common colour for bandings and under tips.......... the orange/ yellow was more what I expected........

I dont like the flower either.............. too hartmanesque

are the fuselage crosses the same size?

port side engine breather intake looks odd

thanks for all your work!

im based on this site
http://www.flugzeugwerk.net/camo.htm

im not luftfobe , so have poor skills in history of LW

Green on tips can be romoved easy
Bandings on tali should stay if that should be plane from JG51 imho
Flower, i have no idea how to remove it, anyone?
Yes crosses are sam size, but strange UV maping /left side are mapped diferend size of UV map/
Same was on hurricane , but im littel squzze and scale markings, now looks same both sides

any luftfobe can suggest correct individual  markings? pls

Good old osprey has this one............and does not show any differental fuselage bandings.the theatre colour is given thru out..............

An explanation can be found here

It seems that these multi colour marking were from Oct 44 and in the period known as defence of the Riech. Eastern front markings are at the bottom of the page.

Ramzey the tail bands are for Reichsverteidigung (Defense of the Reich) were mostly used by day fighter aircraft that were primarily engaged in defending the Reich from allied bomber attacks.

A white spinner and forward cowling combined with the white fuselage band are the standard tactical markings for the North African and early Italian campaigns. Sometimes these are combined with white wing tips on the lower wing surfaces. These markings were originally used by the Italian Air Force and subsequently taken over by the Luftwaffe in that theatre of operations.

As for the wingtips they are mostly white or yellow. I have never seen green.

On the Eastern Front, the typical yellow nose was combined with a yellow fuselage band and yellow wing tips on the lower surface.

I have an image of an 8./JG 51 109g6 with a yellow fuselage band, yellow nose (underside), yellow wingtips (underside) and a yellow rudder. Its not not my picture so I cant scan it.

It looks great btw.......
