Wow, this thread was started by someone who was using TBM's as fighters at 22k in the midway event and bragged about his squad of TBM's intercepting f4f's in the midway forum. And you complaining about other people gaming the game, now you know how it feels on the other end.

Aww sixpence, were you on of my 2 kills? I didn't say anything about gaming the game I just posed a question. Try not to read between the lines and find the hidden meaning, you sound like a girl.

Gee Oldpuss, I asked a question AND gave my own answer... do you have ADD or what?

TBM "air superiority fighter" now there's a new one! Yeah, I'd be pissed if some TBM forced my F4F to the deck from 22k AND shot me down... oh, but I wouldn't get into that situation.

Wow, alot written on this subject. Well, it seems, by this post, that everyone has been on the receiving end of the game being "Gamed". And nobody likes it, you get these posts all the time. And I hear they are working on it(mission arena?). But, when I signed up for Midway(soon as I got home from work), I was looking forward to recreating the battle of midway and getting away from the main. I saw Midway(the movie), in senseround(spell?) when I was a kid. The pacific war facinated me ever since. I was looking forward to this all month, emailed  Yeager, kept in touch. When I first saw the map I thought "this is gonna be great!, we are actually going to recreate the battle" (Awesome map by the way, what detail, hope to see it in the CT.)And I actually thought where the IJN knew we were there, that history could change and Midway would be captured.Or maybe we would find their CV's first and history wouldn't change.Would there be a fierce battle near Midway with only one CV for each side left? I was pretty psyched. And what happened with the use of the TBM really disappointed me. And obviously it bothered others too. And you say that speaking up about is ruining the game for you.Well, I kinda feel the same way, I'm not going to say it was ruined, but it sure disappointed me. Now, for risk of being sensored I'm not going to say anything more about it. I'm going to call(like I should have along time ago), and voice my displeasure. Maybe we can get a "Realistic Recreation Event"  for the people who really want to recreate a battle. , and sorry  to those who put the time and effort into the events and see the complaints. But I'm a customer, and I'm going to voice my concern when the product disappoints me. Thnx for the 6 cover Oed

Edit that thing into digestible bite sized chunks for godsakes!

And while you're on the phone with HTC, please ask them politely to include every plane in the next release so scenarios don't have to rely on substitutions resulting in the situation you're complaining about.
