Hey Frank, look right behind the strut on the a/c in the forground. You can see the a/c in the background has a fourth engine. You can just see the cowling.

Damn if cockpit doesn't look like a PBY though - that is what made me think it was a Martin P3M with a third engine till I got looking closer and spotted the fourth engine.
