I'm wondering that with the rash of lawsuits that someone will try and sue the Internet for containing "copyright material".

Most things on the Internet are or were copyrighted. I can find Shakespear or Mozart, or any other item I wish. I wonder if the Hamlet script I have on my computers is illegal...

copyright law seems to be as follows:
-->anything older than the oldest Walt Disney Corporation copyright is fair game.
-->anything younger than 18 is strictly verbotten
-->anything between these two ages may or may not be up for grabs, depending on how valuable it is
