I was a bit disappointed with the "Vodka on Ice" CT setup. Overall, it's a great fun setup, but the skins were all default and that really took a lot out of immersion.
So I tried making a typical Eastern front Bf109F-4 belonging to the JG54, Staffel III, circa 1941~1942.
With the distinct yellow nose and green camouflage schemes, these 109s feel a lot more less grim, almost "belligerent" compared to the later 109s.
Ofcourse, I still have a lot to learn compared to some of the experts, but I think I'm getting the hang of using layers, and since this is the third time I've worked on the Bf109F-4, it's come out a lot cleaner than my other works.
The 256x256 limit really hurts the markings bad

, and the fuselage Iron Cross probably needs separate attention in 256x256 mode.
The weathering, I've worked hard to try and duplicate how Natedog's or Superfly's weathering work might look like... well, at least I've tried.

But still I guess it's a big improvement from what I used to do.
