It has its good points.

The real suckage comes from cherry pickers on the OTHER maps, who are no more than 5 minutes away. Yes, I KNOW an LA7 can outmanoeuvre my P47D30 with 2000# bombs on it.

Pizza is the only map that caters to the non-furballing crowd--there's something for everybody here..as opposed to Mindanao..log on..see Bish have the west-aGAIN....about 5 sectors with 467 planes in em...no place to drive GV's..NO room to grab in heavy bomber..DAMNED few bases to attack/grab from CV....Yall have become creatures of habit...do somethin different fer once!
I agree with that. Not that the Pizza map is a furball free zone. I landed a 7 kill sortie just yesterday, and if I can do it, so can you.

Yo beet1e,

In their landmark study, John R. Lott, Jr. and David B. Mustard found, "allowing citizens to carry concealed weapons deters violent crimes and it appears to produce no increase in accidental deaths. If those states which did not have Right to Carry concealed gun provisions had adopted them in 1992, approximately 1,570 murders; 4,177 rapes; and over 60,000 aggravated assaults would have been avoided yearly....[T]he estimated annual gain from allowing concealed handguns is at least $6.214 billion....[W]hen state concealed handgun laws went into effect in a county, murders fell by 8.5 percent, and rapes and aggravated assaults fell by 5 and 7 percent." ("Crime, Deterrence, and Right To Carry Concealed Handguns," 1996.)

-------------

"Concerns that permit holders would lose their tempers in traffic accidents have been unfounded. Worries about risks to police officers have also proved unfounded....National surveys of police show they support concealed handgun laws by a 3-1 margin....There is also not a single academic study that claims Right to Carry laws have increased state crime rates. The debate among academics has been over how large the benefits have been." ("Should Michigan keep new concealed weapon law? Don't believe gun foe scare tactics," Detroit News, 1/14/01.) "Whenever a state legislature first considers a concealed-carry bill, opponents typically warn of horrible consequences....But within a year of passage, the issue usually drops off the news media's radar screen, while gun-control advocates in the legislature conclude that the law wasn't so bad after all." (David Kopel, "The Untold Triumph of Concealed-Carry Permits," Policy Review, July-Aug. 1996, p. 9.)

-------------

Violent crime has decreased every year since 1991, while 17 states adopted and 13 states improved RTC laws. RTC states have lower violent crime rates, on average: 22% lower total violent crime, 28% lower murder, 38% lower robbery, and 17% lower aggravated assault. The five states with the lowest violent crime rates are RTC states. (FBI)

-------------

Extra! Extra! Read all about it...

-------------

"A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

 - Second Amendment
to the U.S. Constitution

-------------

Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawful defense of himself or the State; but the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms, with a view to prevent crime.

Texas Constitution Article I, Section 23

-------------

So exactly what business is it of yours beet1e, if I want to carry/own a gun or not? You shouldn't talk bad about the rights a free country's citizens have just because you and your countrymen are oppressed. You'll get more respect from Americans, at least this one, by removing that jibberish in your sig.

beetle... while it is possible to find a good fight in the pizza map... it is not assured.   You might go 20 minutes at a time and chaseing what used to be a fight or what you think might be a fight.. the map is late war centered also..

as tp the rest of your post...

contrast that with england and australia where 50% of the burgalries are "hot... the people are home... england and australia lead the world in crime victims... being victimized is not freedom.

HTC, PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ update the freaking map if your going to use it! PLZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I've never been one to follow protocol so here goes.

The MAP is fine. Its YOU all that suck LMAO

The Map is fine  Im running and old P500 so if anyone should be having problems it should be me.  But All these problems I keep hearing about I just dont see or have. I see planes just fine.  I see GVs fine. My frame rate is fine and actually better there then in that mountainous map that usually precedes it.
Oh and a hint for the folks that claim they cant tell whats going on cause the maps too  cluttered.. Try turning off all the little boxes at the top of the clipboard and you can see exactly whats going on and where. If you dont want to play solo warrior well. Go to where the fights are. Seems to me that map has something for everyone. From the massive furballs to smaller more personal conflicts.
Not everyone is going to like all the maps. There are a couple of the other ones I dont particularly like. But I live with them knowing they are only going to be there for a few days at the most before we move onto another one.
I suggest those that whine about the pizza map grow up just a little bit and try doing the same

I am responding since I do believe the "pizza map" does
indeed suck. I truely find it to be the least desirable of
all the maps I've ever flown on...including 8+ years of
