Several of my squad have been experiencing loss of vox lately. It seems to happen more when the server has a pretty good load on it. No warning, no loss of sound, just "poof" no one is talking anymore. Is there something in particular we can check to help solve this problem
Leaving the arena and coming back in clears the issue, however that is kind of tough on those long bombing missions. Man, how did we ever survive on just text?!?
BTW,
on a now great connection!

Try turning down hardware acceleration, or getting new sound drivers. If you haven't updated the drivers in a while you might wanna.

I did have the same problem but as Dingbat said by turning down hardware acceleration the problem went away. I learned that while flying in WWIIol, where we would lose all sounds. You may depending on your hardware need to turn off the acceleration completly. Just try it on notch at a time till the problem goes away. In some cases you may have to turn down the number of voices for the sound card.

Thanks for the replies. I've turned down acceleration one notch and will see what happens next squad night.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've updated my VIA 4in1 drivers, and lowered hardware acceleration a notch. Sound card drivers are up to date.
HELP!

This isn't Isolated..........Tuesday night our squad lost vox. This appears to be widespread, not individual occurances.
