Well if you're curious, pick up the phone and call HTC. Pretty simple solution, huh? My acct got disabled back in July, because my debit card didn't go through. I called them and they fixed it in all of two minutes.
I got no email notification that there was a problem. I just checked my account info on HTC's web site and, low and behold, they have my old (2 years old) email address - I never updated them when I changed it.
